Shipping policy.
Every piece ships directly from the artist's studio, tracked door to door.
Processing time
Artists pack and ship each sold piece directly, typically within 3–5 business days of the sale. Made-to-order or commissioned pieces may take longer; the artist's listing or messages will note this where it applies.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the piece's dimensions and weight. The cost is shown before you confirm payment there are no hidden shipping fees added afterward.
Carriers and tracking
Where a label is purchased through the platform, we work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and tracking is attached to your order automatically. If an artist ships independently with their own label, they add the tracking number to your order manually so you can follow delivery either way.
Signature requirements
To protect both buyer and artist, signature confirmation is required on deliveries of $500 or more, and optional (artist's choice) between $150 and $499. Orders under $150 ship without a signature requirement.
International shipping
Availability and cost for international delivery depend on the artist and the piece any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the displayed shipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged or never arrives, report it from your order within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund & return policy for how we resolve these cases title and risk of loss otherwise pass to you on delivery.
